Communication with the office at Home Hearing Healthcare and the follow up phone call from Doug Archer to set up an appointment was thorough and brief. Mr. Archer was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about the products and associated issues. I would definitely recommend Home Hearing Healthcare.

Great experience! Doug is very knowledgeable and was wonderful to work with. He found the perfect hearing aids for me and significantly improved my hearing. Definitely would recommend Home Hearing Healthcare.
There was only a very short wait until I was called back. The receptionist and Dr were very polite and professional. I’m only 57 years old and was told by my daughter and my wife that I needed to look into having a hearing test Because I was not communicating, unless they spoke to me very loudly and both felt I needed hearing aids. To my surprise and joy, my hearing test came out perfectly normal. It’s good too omit the stress caused by the questionable outcome.
