I just had the most unprofessional service of my life. First of all they wrote the WRONG patient name on the form that confirmed pickup, when i called to double check that the pickup would be confirmed for the right patient the obnoxious man named Brian spoke over me, yelling, and refused to hear what i was saying and when i asked if he would allow me to speak, he said "probably not" !!
