Both parents on hospice. Beginning was fine bc not much required. End of life, no one came to their aid. Nobody was present for either parent at end of life which happened within 5 days of each other. Mom was not given enough morphine, was not comfortable! The only reason dad was bc I demanded more meds from the beginning. Not even a visit just 1 phone call bc I called. I complained to management, useless! This place was awful. Do not care about there clients we’re more concerned about telling us there own problems. We switched companies and they called us after leaving us to our own devices for a week to tell us they needed to come see my dad who passed away already. Amateur operation who needs to learn how to handle families. No help at all.

Home Health VNA needs to get back to the drawing board because they need a lot of education around caring for sick people. It's frustrating when you are sick with terminal illness and the nurses are showing up at your house only to fill their timesheet. If they are not happy with their job, they should seek a different profession. Poorly managed home care services agency.....
