If negative stars were an option, that would be what this agency deserves. I can’t even list all of the examples of complete ineptitude. The staff literally reads from a computer. There is no way to contact any person specifically involved with the patient’s “care”. I literally called the agency, spoke with a representative, and she told me to call *the same number I was speaking with her on* for my answer. This company is by far the worst home care agency around. The whole website is all about Alzheimer’s and Dementia yet, none of the aids want to deal with patients that have it because, one of the aids directly told me she wouldn’t help my grandma with Dementia. False advertising. Aids are not treated properly by agency and aren’t paid properly either. When you call the director they seem very uncaring and don’t want to help. I ended up having to go to a new agency just to find someone to help me. Very unprofessional!

I am so happy that I found this agency for my father. The agencies office staff and caregivers are so caring and thoughtful. If you are looking for a great home health agency that will take great care of tour loved one you can’t go wrong with Home Health Services of the Palm Beaches.

As an employee, this is thee worst health care agency. When I worked for Interim Healthcare, I had zero issues, I mean absolutely none. If you mess up on your timesheet it’s your loss they will not fix it. Not somewhere you want work unless you don’t have a choice.
