1 star is too much. Negative stars are better used to rate this business. Of all the businesses that I have dealt with since mom became homebound. I have never had any problems with anyone. This one is the absolute WORST!!! The person that called about the appt was given instructions about the driveway, don't use the front door and that I had to leave by 10:45am due to another appt.
