My mothers doctor ordered an X ray for her foot. She is 89 years old and doesn't do stairs, which is why they contacted HOME Health radiology. When they called to set an appt I was asked if there were stairs in the house. We are in a split level so when you come in the door, you have to go either upstairs or downstairs. I responded yes there are stairs. The woman then said, we do NOT do stairs so they couldn't come. WHAT? You are Home Health? I dont know how they stay in business. 1 star is too much. Negative stars are better used to rate this business. Of all the businesses that I have dealt with since mom became homebound. I have never had any problems with anyone. This one is the absolute WORST!!! The person that called about the appt was given instructions about the driveway, don't use the front door and that I had to leave by 10:45am due to another appt. None of it was put on the work order. Couldn't find the driveway, went to front door and came at 11:00am. Well it ended in a fight with their wo... read more
