First off let me say what a wonderful establishment this is Joe & Nicholas are exceptional to deal with my sister is in a wheelchair and this company has been the best with assisting her in getting a customize wheelchair, the process is a bit lengthy but totally worth it i would highly recommend anyone in need of a wheelchair to this company we have been using this company for over 6+ years

First time dealing with this company. They are not customer friendly. They don’t help at all and make it almost impossible to get a rollator walker. I’m entitled to one through Medicare and have done everything they´ve asked and still no rollator Walker. I suggest you try someone else.

First time dealing with this company. They are not customer friendly. They don’t help at all and make it almost impossible to get Durable Medical Equipment. I’m entitled to a rollator walker through Medicare and me and my Doctors office have done everything they´ve asked for and still no rollator Walker. It’s now going on two weeks since I first called. I should have read the reviews before I called them.

Would give no stars if possible. No one answers the phone, voice mail is full. If you do get to leave a message, no one returns the call. Delivery dates come and go with no explanation. Find another company before dealing with this unprofessional place.

Struggling with disabilities is heartbreaking, especially when it's your child. Having to struggle with this outfits ineptness is deplorable. Enjoy your bagels!

This place needs to be shut down. How can they be so rude and dismissive to customers who just want to help themselves and their families???

I suppose these reviews speak for themselves. Today I was told that even though they open at 8:30am, someone can't commit to being at my house until possibly 11 because, "my technicians might need a bagel or newspaper on their way." When I suggested they get breakfast before work so my daughter doesn't miss a whole day of school, his response was, "that's not the way it works."

I was trapped in bed for 11 months waiting for my new wheelchair. They filed the forms wrong MULTIPLE times with my insurance, causing me to continuously be denied my wheelchair. I finally have my chair, but I told them I needed certain parts they never got me, and when I needed something changed, they made me pay out of pocket if I wanted a necessary part, rather than charge my insurance. This has got to be one of the most horrible businesses I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They drag their asses. They had well over 4 months to submit to my insurance before I would have to meet my deductible again. As if parents of special needs children weren't stress enough. Bunch of bafoons running this place. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
