Taking a loved one home who will require 24x7 support, your life changes and you have to adjust to the new norm quickly. Doctor referred Amina's company and she coordinated home health services for my mom and dad. She is the best. She made the whole process effortless. She is always there whenever we need something. She is eager to go the extra mile to serve my mom and dad. She setup at home doctors visit for my parents. She setup nurses, physiotherapist and even reached out to the doctors to follow up on the refills. We are very grateful for her services

If I could rate this as 0 stars I would. One Point manages multiple home health agencies. We were assigned A & S home health and they are absolutely TERRIBLE!. During the pandemic of COVID -19 they are not testing their nurses or therapist before they enter patient homes. We had two weeks of services before asking that important question. Each time the nurse was hours late with no communication. Suddenly our family tested positive. Called One Point to notify them of the situation and services were put on hold.
