Nurses are kind, friendly, and damn good at their jobs. Given all the issues and hurdles produced by the Doctor, it's impossible for me to comment on additional matters or services. I can say this: When a Home Health Agency continues to provide care despite not having a signed order for the extension (only a verbal), and never receiving one (meaning they weren't getting paid), that speaks volumes about their high integrity.
I have been a nurse for a very long time, covered many different areas of medicine and have been in management for many years too. Since I have been employed at H&HCM, Barb Hanna, CEO has many many times went out of her way to accommodate to my needs as a nurse manager and, the RN’s and LVN’s that work within my department. Unfortunately another in a long line of companies interested in only one thing. Securing funding for Medicare. That's the number one objective Patient care is not a priority. Shame on them for taking advantage of the HIV patients. Like I always say people who work for organizations like that are not there because they graduated first in their class they're there to make a paycheck . Trying to get information to assist with my 100% disabled mother and get the run around when I talk to Cynthia phone operator she claimed to not know of there was a director of communication then she said the preside Barbara told her not to transfer me to her voice mail then she claimed Barbara didn't ha r a voice mail this directive according to Cynthia came directly from Barbara not to transfer my call to her
