I had absolutely amazing home health care, and especially physical therapy, from Home & Heart. I recently had knee replacement surgery (I had my other knee replaced previously last March) and had hoped to use an agency I had used before but they were unable to take me due to staffing issues. What a blessing in disguise!!! Everyone with whom I interacted from Home & Heart was professional and so very capable. Becky, who provided my primary physical therapy, was stellar. I didn't think I'd ever need a service like this, or for so long, but I'm so grateful for the amazing nurses here. My situation would be much harder to bear without the support of these awesome ladies.

My father has had services from this company Wonderful providers have come to his home. He has had a nurse, occupational therapist and physical therapist. All of them have been wonderful to him and my mother and him made him stronger and has helped improve his health.

I have used this service on three different occasions and they have a wonderful and caring staff. I have had two knee replacements and a knee revision and I couldn't have made it without my PT. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
