Please do not use this company. They're overbooked which causes a low quality customer service. Patients need attention but also the right care, which extends all the way to the office customer care. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone in the office to answer questions. The therapists are all over the place when it comes to scheduling, this coming from a person that has dealt with many home health agencies.
