In 2 the months post surgery, I was scheduled for 1 physical therapy appointment and 2 evaluation appointments. Communication has been non-existent from the very start. I don't recommend their "services" for anything.

I am writing this to highly recommend Katie Konoplisky, the Director of Nursing at Home Health Advantage in Orland Park. Under her clinical leadership, the level of communication, professionalism, and medical coordination has been exemplary. Katie stands out because of her Level of Care and prompt responsiveness to clinical emergencies, thoroughness in handling care plans, and support of her patients. My husband worked there .low pay , expensive benefits, no raises , and no reviews.. His direct supervisor advertised his JOB POSITION, looking for someone else, on employment sites,to hire for his position the entire 5 years he was there employed. He would find his job position on all employment sites. BEWARE!! Do not use this agency to care for a loved one. Their lack of communication creates problems. They are incompetent and this is a business for monetary gain only..They do not care about their patients. Seriously, I wouldnt allow them to take care of my Dog!!!
