Inventory online doesn’t match what is in store.
My partner and I went to the paint section this week. The dark haired man (didn’t get his name) working behind the counter ignored us as we stood right in front of him and when I said we were waiting for help he refused to look at us and dismissed everything I said. No help whatsoever. He was eager to help another couple and so polite to them beckoning them to come to his counter for help. Hmmmm… two women not your ideal customer? I'm tired of coming here with questions and never getting any answers. Half the employees seem completely uninterested. I rather literally go out of my way to Home Depot for better help.
