Absolute horrendous service from Melissa Garcia. I inquired about viewing a house on 06/03/24. We both agreed that today 06/04/24 at 3:30pm would be a convenient time to view the house. Come today, she calls me 27 minutes before the appointment to notify me that she is running THIRTY minutes late. I understand this happens. My fiancee and I spent one hour outside the house waiting for her to show up. Rene was my realtor buying my first home, him and his team helped me sell it years later, still helped me buying a home outside of El Paso where I wasn’t able to use a realtor but yet still helped with any questions and GUIDED me right way.
