New Review 2025: I previously had a great experience with HGE (see original review below), so much so that I recommended HGE to my boyfriend (at the time, we are now married). Unimpressive professional presentation and communications method. Required two trips to fix issues with original contract and workmanship. Not worthy of five stars considering the pricing in my opinion. We all serve customers in one way or another. In my experience, I have and will continue to do better for my customers.
