Everyone was professional and accommodating. They provided me a good ideas for future exterior needs/improvements. They looked for ways to keep costs manageable. Bill, Shane, Kevin and Nick all were great to work with. Highly recommend this company.
I agreed to have a free roof inspection by the team at Home Genius Exteriors to understand the current state of my roof. Dave Prestopine was my rep and he was awesome. He gave me a thorough walk thru of the company, the steps they take to get your roof done right and went through all the specific problem areas of my roof (and what can happen if they don't get repaired). 2500 sqft roof. Salesperson came, explained process, options, etc. and provided a quote on the spot. Materials/dumpster arrived on schedule. Crew started on scheduled day at 6:45am. Finished (including thorough cleanup) by 2pm. Proj Manager was present during install and did follow-up with me after work was done to verify. Excellent experience. Cost was in-line with expectations. Excellent communication.
Dont come to peoples homes Sunday evening to try and do cold sales calls.
Beginning to end, Home Genius was great. Nolan spent a lot of time with us reviewing options for our new roof, answering questions and explaining the whole process and payment options. It was a no pressure meeting and he was extremely helpful. Anthony our project manager was responsive, answered our questions and made sure the job went smoothly. The crew was professional and got the roof done in one (very long!) day. Excellent work and great value for the price. Highly recommended!
