Lived in this property for 5 years. Never had a bad experience. People will say what they want because they get their way. If you want things done a certain way purchase a home. Monica can’t just say yes to tenants she has to get authorization from the Management company she works for.

These apartments are amazing for those who know the Manager (Monica) in a personal level. Something I have to say that the reviews here are very accurate. I lived here for 6 years and it was a nightmare. I stay that long because that was all I can afford but now that I can afford something better I moved out and now I don't have to deal with any of following: Lack of customer service or no customer service, daily water shutdowns, non-funcioning laundry facility they only have 5 washers and two are always broken and If you we... read more
