I live 6 hours away. I've been looking for land for over 3 years. I've made that 6 hour drive nearly 20 times solely to look at properties that looked nothing like the creative story telling describing them òn the listings. I've spoken to a dozen agents. They either don't call you back, too busy doing other things or simply don't have an interest to help unless your budget is very large.
