Stay away I don’t know how this place is still in business with such horrible customer service after purchasing. On 12/11/20 I purchased a queen bedroom set. Picked up on 12/31/20 Got home to put the bed together and had bed rails for a full size. Spoke with Ted the warehouse supervisor and was told to bring the rails back for exchange. Drove all the way there and was told they didn’t have the correct rails no phone call to let me know they didn’t have any rails. Run run and run away when you still can!!! They are trained to professionally lie and zero point of customer service. My experience with Home Gallery Furniture is the worst that I have ever dealt with in my entire life, from the saleman, to the manager whose promises are made to break. We placed $2200 worth order here with $1000 deposit back on 03/24 (the rest will be finanded in 90 days with 0% thru their finance partner) and still have received my purchase as of today (04/16).
