Horrible communication with the company. The project was set to be a 1-2 day project. It took over a month to complete. They ordered the wrong sized cabinet two times, ordered the wrong sized courter once, told me a vent would be installed, but the when contractors arrived they said they don't do that and I had to hire someone else. We were hugely disappointed in the careless and unprofessional way we were treated by Home Gallery Flooring. We promptly paid our deposit, scheduled when the installer of our hardwood floor would arrive, had the rooms ready for the installer and did everything we could for a successful installation. However, we noticed early on that the owner of the business did not provide the installer with helpers to move the furniture or with the actual installation.
