We were hugely disappointed in the careless and unprofessional way we were treated by Home Gallery Flooring. We promptly paid our deposit, scheduled when the installer of our hardwood floor would arrive, had the rooms ready for the installer and did everything we could for a successful installation. However, we noticed early on that the owner of the business did not provide the installer with helpers to move the furniture or with the actual installation.
