Half-Tempted to call an Attorney I had Home Appliance replace two furnaces and an airconditioner in a duplex i own. They installed the furnace in the rental side without a problem. When they installed a furnace on my side of the duplex they broke the door to the laundry room and made a mess over all my clothes. Home Appliance & Heating when I called in for service I was in full panic mode, because my furnace was not working at all and it was about 6 degrees outside. but after talking to the dispatcher Shane he put my mind at ease and said he would have a technician at my house within the hour. the technician did show up in about 40 minutes and was in and out about the same time. very impressed will always use home appliance for all my needs.
Home Service Repair I had called Home Appliance because I had a problem with my furnace and I had mentioned to the call taker about a faucet I had that was leaking real bad. I had no idea that they had technicians that could do multiple repairs like that. That saved me some money being able to have they same man do 2 totally different jobs. Great Service department I called Home Appliance because my water heater was leaking on the floor. They responded quickly and replaced the unit the same day. The service man was polite and wore shoe covers to protect my carpeting. I have used Home Appliance for years and I am very happy with their service department.
Home Appliance We hired them to come out to fix our heater. The service was prompt courteous and professional. The employees were very nice and made the repairs in reasonable time. I would definitly hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
Home appliance and heating This company is just so-so. Their prices are really not all that bad, but their service is not the best. They are very slow in their work, and to me it seemed they were not very good at what they were doing. The employees were very freindly, I will give them that much though. The building is not bad. do it right The place where I live does a lot of contract work with them, so when I had a problem, I called them. They came out and fixed my AC in no time. I haven't had any problems since and it has been 4 years.
