David and I agreed on a scheduled time to meet for a home inspection. Since David was running early on his other home inspections he expected me to reschedule mine 1hr ahead of time (of which he was already near the home to be inspected). I told him that in light of the reschedule that it would take me 30m and to wait for my arrival to start.
