All too often you only hear from a reviewer when they have a score to settle. This seems to be the case in the previous 2 reviews. I am happy to give high marks when reviewing Paul on his professionalism, courtesy and fairness when evaluating our property. Yes Paul was early to my home's appraisal too! (Honestly I think that is a positive quality not a negative) He asked all the right questions, was receptive to our realtor's input but also gave a thorough and fair market report on the property. Mr. Whitaker arrived unannounced more than 1/2 hour early for his appointment, entered our gated patio without permission and began his inspection by going into our enclosed storage area before I could get to the door. When I pointed out the fact that he was early and should have called, he became belligerent. I asked him to sit on a patio sofa to talk and discuss unique features of our home.
