After I sent my application I was contacted by some guy named “Daniel”. We briefly spoke on the phone and he asked to send him photos of my house, which I did. I missed his call but returned the call shortly after where he said “I’m on the other line, I’ll call back in 5 minutes” which he never did. 5 days later, he still hasn’t called me back. Got a text from Daniel Tuesday at 4:15 am. He asked a few questions. I texted back the answers at 7 am when I woke. I hadn't heard back from him so I texted him a follow up on Friday as to what's going on. I still haven't heard back. Definitely do not recommend this unprofessional company. 1 star rating is ok as he did respond right away to a potential client. However, perhaps the answers he got did not suite his needs.
