Awful customer service, after having my treadmill inspected by the company new parts were ordered and replaced by them for 300 dollars. This action I was told would fix the problem. Well the treadmill still doesnt work after 400 dollars in repairs. And potentially 300 dollars in more work to be done on the treadmill. I was then told that I was 50% to blame because I did not specify that I wanted the treadmill to work with the new repairs. I guess a lot of people use treadmills for home decor?

The Tunturi exercise bike from these folks is great. They also have a very large assortment in house of treadmills and weight machines. I also can get the best weight loss items and nutrition supplies. I rate them first class.
