Our 20+ year old fireplace went out in the middle of winter and while we have central air, the fireplace is it heat source when power goes out. We went in looking to replace our built in and Leah provided exemplary service start to finish. I recently had a gas insert placed in my fireplace and am very happy with the results. Leah was my main contact and was very helpful and patient and everyone that I dealt with (Mark, the site previewer, and the installers) did a great job, were very professional and careful to not create or make a mess. I highly recommend this business.
Simply the best! Leah was a delight to work with in the selection and detailing of the two gas fireplaces we purchased for a new home construction. Installation was expert.
