We’ve had such great experiences with this company, they do great work!
We had a new gas fireplace installed in our fireplace. It was great working with the Home Fire staff! Leah gave us lots of information and answered all our questions. Our home is older and the firebox is taller than average and Mark had a great suggestion to balance out the look of the fire, it is up higher and we can see the flames very easily. The day of install went smoothly, the gentlemen were fast and my living room was put back together when they were done. I love my fireplace now - cannot wait for fall weather!
Ashley was friendly and full of information tailored to our needs from the beginning, from getting water for my dog to responding to and answering my many questions during and after my visit. I feel confident that this level of service will continue as we move through the installation process and beyond. Thank you Home Fire Stove!
