Needed a specific stove for my floating home. Ashley had just what I was looking for and it is just perfect for fish camp.
Heat & Glo Fireplace insert purchased in January and it was installed the same month. Needed some modifications to fit my fireplace. No problem. They really know their stuff. I was fortunate to work with Home Fire’s tech Joshua Sherbaugh recently, to give our gas fireplace a much needed cleaning and get it ship shape for fall & winter. Josh was at our home in November. The first thing he did was lay out a blanket to cover our rug and exposed areas that might be subject to material drift from the fireplace when it was exposed. Joshua Sherbaugh, tech, did the service on my stove today. He was very careful to keep my carpets clean while working and did a great job in servicing my stove. He was knowledgeable and willing to let me watch over his shoulder and answered all my questions in detail that was understandable for the average person. I highly recommend the Home Fire Store for both purchasing and service on your stove/fireplace.
