I called this company to fix the starter on our fireplace insert. I was told upfront that the service charge would be $119, which I agreed to. This is an amazing business. Everyone was extremely helpful. We now have a beautiful new fireplace. The installation was a breeze, the installers were really nice and very professional. We are so happy, Thank you so much Lash Ouzounidis for all your help.
Excellent service from beginning to end. So happy I shopped here! Product is top quality and I absolutely live my fireplace insert! Sales process was pain free and my installers Josue and Ron were amazing! I missed my initial appointment and they came back later on a super hot day and completed my installation perfectly!
