Ephraim muy mala atencion, dos veces eh rentado con ellos y las dos veces tuvimos que recoger lo que dejaron los otros inquilinos, el no regresa el deposito, pero se lo queda, no lo invierte por que no arregla en lo minimo los detalles, uno lo tiene que estar a busque y busque y a llame y llame, incluso los de mantenimiento, plomeria etc se quejaron de la atencion y comportamiento de el ya mencionado. Most unprofessional "professional" I have ever encountered! Gave my application fee over a week ago, was told it took 24 hours, and have yet to get a call back. Too busy riding bikes, I suppose! What a joke, dont waste your time with these idiots!
This is the most unprofessional leasing/rental company in El Paso! Never made a late rent payment, but ALWAYS received late notice emails, every month. We had to make several calls to get anything fixed or serviced only to hear the contractors say they were instructed to do only some of the repair, not all of it. I read the same in another review on here as well! We asked for help finding another place with them that was within our budget only to be pushed aside for weeks over new clients.
