I bought my first home with home finders realty with Ron at first it was fine until 8 months down the road you realize you were lied to on your home inspection and wanted to get a little bit more information and Ron didn’t want to fess up about how his home inspector he recommended Kevin Shreeve that he put in the inspection I had mostly new wiring which wasn’t the case most of my wiring is knob and tube wiring and I can’t insulate my attic due to my electric not being up to code. being a fire hazard, exposed wires, and the ... read more
My experience dealing with Homefinders Realty Ron and his boss Paul have to be some of the most sketchy salesmen I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you choose to work with Homefinders Realty be ready to have properties listed in the wrong state. A complete refusal to work and negotiate after the property especially if you have your own realtor stealing their commission.
