I was stationed at Fort Sill for about 2 1/2 years renting from homefinders. We are currently using this company to manage our property. They have been terrible since we have signed the contract. They do not keep us informed of any repairs and since the tenants have moved out of our house, "surprise" charges have come up. I highly discourage anyone from using this company.

Don't use them for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am currently utilizing this company as a property management team (only until the current renter exits so I can discontinue the current contract and find someone new) and I strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. They don't inform you of repair nor attempt to perform the regular maintenance. I feel like they are taking advantage of military ppl

Don't rent from this company. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them and now that I'm talking with legal on post, I'm hearing that my experiences are typical for this company. My wife got orders to deploy recently. I went in and asked if this would allow us to break the lease early as we wouldn't need the same size house if she was away and the house was a fair bit away from where i was working. Being a military family we have had to deal with rental companies a lot and this is by far the BEST! They are friendly, and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns they address them quickly. I am very impressed with this company and if we owned a house here in Lawton I would want them to be our property managers. I wish all rental companies were like this one.
