Me&My husband Been to Home Finders years ago.The Lady at the time was a older lady with dark colored hair.Took our $50.00 dollars.All because we wasn't approved for the rental.This Lady pulled out a gun on us.She also had a old white guy. I would never advise anyone to rent from these people. They will scam you out of your money. You can pay rent and they will find s way to get you evicted. They will also find every reason to keep your deposit: My husband and I had to take them court because of them trying to put us out being that we didn't pay a repair fee but paid our rent. That case we won against them cause they can't evict you if you have proof you paid rent . Then a few months later we paid our rent late and then they evicted us after taking our rent mo... read more
I would not use again.NEVER. YOU COULD NOT PAY ME. If I could post a negative star I would. We rented for a year. Our lease was up. Got a letter saying they had someone interested. I found another place, moved out and handed in keys on the last day of lease. Mind you this house wasn't even in liveable condition, THEY PAID US 200.00 to clean it to move in. They knew we SMOKED.
