Would not give me change for $100. Bill said it's their policy that you have to put in your account number. I don't see why you need an account with them to get change for $100 bill. They have the pins they can mark them with. I'm sure this is a stupid policy. Went down the road to first horizon Bank. Did not need an account number. Just cashed my $100. Stopped in with $100. Bill to get change. Apparently they cannot give you change for $100 bill unless you have an account number and account with them. It's these kind of policies that ensure I will never use this Bank or have an account here. There's no reason if I give you $100. Bill, I should have to have an account to get change for it. The concord branch is my favorite location. Miss Angie at the drive thru is always kind and helpful. They really are a “home town bank.”
