I called for an estimate for work to be done. I was informed that they were busy and one person was out of the office but willing to give an estimate. I was given 2 dates and approximate times that I would have someone show up to take measurements. No one ever showed up with no phone calls to confirm, cancel or reschedule. Edited to add: ** While I respect your response but the lack of communication from you is unacceptable. Do not accept a job offer that you are unwilling to even look at. You can also have a great day.

Could not have had a better experience in having a back deck installed than with Kay and Michael! Professional and courteous throughout the project. Will definitely use them again.

From my initial contact, Kay's communication was excellent. She and Michael came to my home to inspect the proposed projects and I quickly received a firm quotation. The work was performed in the estimated time frame, and the quality of Michael's work was impeccable. He helpfully added on on small project for me while on site. I could not be more pleased and recommend the Company without reservation.
