John and Gail did an incredible job helping us buy our first home. They are willing to do what it takes to get you into the house of your dreams. Both are super paitent and understanding- my house took almost 70 days beginning to end when the average home takes like 45 days. I will definitely be using them again when I’m in the market to buy a new house & sell the old.

John has helped two of my kids find homes and has been great to work with. One looked at dozens of houses, the other fell in love with the first she saw. He was there with them all the way.
Full disclosure, John is my cousin. With that being said, he helped me sell my house when I moved out of state. He quickly let me know if there was activity; such as a showing, letting me know the showing feedback, possible offers, etc. When we finally got the offer I accepted, he helped me work it up to where we wanted to see it. Their initial offer was way under, but with his help we got them up to an acceptable price and closed the deal.
John Blackburn sold our house! And him and team prestige did a class act job for us! Highly recommended
