One of the most through and know and knowledgeable home inspector we have ever worked with. The seller of a home we were under contract to buy was pushing for us to use his inspection report from another local well known inspector. We insisted on hiring our own inspector or we would back out of the contract.Seller agreed and researched local inspectors .
