Rod and team did a wonderful job on my son’s finished basement. He also came out to fix my ceiling in my kitchen that got destroyed cause of our upstairs bathroom leaking. I would definitely use Rod again for other projects around our house again.
I wish zero stars was an option. Simply put do not waste your time or money! Mr. Walker will take it from you. He will require a 75% deposit upfront and hire unqualified individuals to complete the work. Brand new materials ruined. I have won my case in civil court. If you are looking for a review to help, please consider this one. I cannot post everything I would like however, I will post a few pictures below as evidence.
Worst job ever! A simple tub replacement turned into a scratched new tub, tub spout hanging from the wall, terrible drywall and uneven floors. They attached the tub spout with caulk and tried to prop it with a Stick. The holes made for the fixtures are uneven. They didn’t use a tape measurer and had to borrow my tools. Then they tried to use the wrong kind of drywall they left out in the rain in my driveway for days. They did get work on my deck. Reasonable prices . I am glad I choose them . They brought samples to my house so I could see what they were talking. And what my options were. They listened to me and what I wanted .
Rod and his team were supposed to have my entire rental house renovated from 4/23/24 to 5/15/24 - I put down a deposit of $14945.00 on 4/5/24. The only work they had done by 5/15/24 was clearing out the garage - NOTHING ELSE was accomplished, including siding, installing baseboard heaters, installing 3 GCFIs, removing a basement furnace, painting, replacing 4 plastic windows, etc. Rod used excuses like the weather for the siding and windows, however the weather was not bad the entire three weeks of the scope of the project. ... read more
