I've bought two items here in the past fortnight. Put the item in a (free) bag without my asking, with the paper receipt. Quick, pleasant, no-messing-about attitude. Massive stock, like the old ironmongers, or one-stop DIY.
Was overcharged by 9£. I couldn't believe it and asked for the receipt, but the guy on the till only gave me the EC receipt where I couldn't see the items listed. Because I had my child with me and there were 2 men at the till,I didn't dare speak up. Women, avoid this shop!!

2 weeks ago I bought fuses to your shop young guy was to the till I ask him for price he told me 1.99£ I know everywhere the prices is 99 p but I didn’t speak I gave him 5£ he gave me back only 1p I ask him how much is he told me 4.99£ I told him give my money back I don’t want because he try to steal money from me anyway he gave me back £3 because I understand that I discovered him stealing
