Frustrated and Ignored – App Not Working, No Support I had the HES Solar system installed, and everything was fine for the first year — the app worked and I could monitor my system. But for the past year, the HES app has stopped working completely. I have no way to check if my system is even functioning properly. I have been a customer of HES since 2003. Up to a year ago they have been superb. Something has changed they do not answer messages or calls for service. I am no longer doing business with HES

Update as of 7/24 - we do not recommend this company because if anything goes wrong they are terrible to deal with. They told us our roof was fine when they installed Solar and we found out a year later that we have a 40 year old roof that should’ve been replaced before Solar was installed. They have totally messed up the reroof and we are now dealing with their liability insurance to try and get our residence repaired due to leaks and the roof reinstalled. HES installed my solar in early spring of 2021 and here I am writing my review 3+ years later, I think I've earn it after so much time has passed. From quoting to signing the contract, there were no back and forth issues, they answered all my questions. From installation to getting permit from the city was done w/o problems. The crew was on time and left no mess behind. The follow up customer service and after sale in the past few years were as perfect as it can be.
