We had a great experience with Brian and his staff. We needed to finish a retrofit job to get heating and cooling to the 2nd floor of our 1931 bungalow and the solution was adding a new mini-split system. Brian personally estimated the job and was very responsive and answered our questions about the estimate clearly and transparently. We purchased a mini-split system five years ago from Home Energy Group. Great people to work with and we were very happy with the installation. However, just past the one-year mark we noticed two cover line pieces, that protects the electrical lines to the units on the outside, were cracked. HEG came out and replaced only one (miscommunication) and said that workmanship was only guaranteed for one year and we were past the one year at that point, so normally they would not do this. We are currently building a home in White Salmon, Washington, and Zeek and Caden are handling the HVAC installation. They have both been respectful, attentive, friendly, and hardworking throughout the process. I would highly recommend Home Energy Group for any heating and cooling needs.
The service was outstanding, installers were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained how the system works so that we could understand it. The electrician explained what he was doing which is unusual.
My nearly 25-year-old heat pump had not been serviced in quite some time. The service technician was excellent, explaining every step of the process in clear, understandable terms. The repair cost was a fraction of what I anticipated. This aging heat pump will be replaced before long, no doubt, and Home Energy Group will be called upon again.
