We lost our heat this week. Called Home Energy Group and they were absolutely wonderful. Called at 8:00 and they were out by 10:30. Very efficient and explained what was the issue. Fixed it promptly. The technician was very professional . Wonderful company. Hopefully no more issues , but will certainly call them if we do. ( cannot remember the technician's name but very nice and professional.)
Ed was fantastic! Was able to work me in same day, identified the problem within a minute, had my heat back on less the 30 minutes later and thoroughly explained everything. I would wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely keep their contact info for any future needs.

After considerable research, we went with Home Energy Group and Daikin brand gear. We found the entire experience extremely positive: from the competitive bid, to the installation crew, we’ve been impressed with their attention to detail. We went with a 2-stage furnace and have been shocked at the positive change from our old furnace. The house maintains desired temperature far more consistently, the furnace is near silent, and we’re extremely happy. Worked for us, may work for you.
Jason was knowledgeable and helpful providing workable options and placement the Ductless unit. He responded in a timely manner and answered any questions that we had after the onsite consult. Dusty and Chris was a great team that installed my 2head ductless heat pump. They did a professional install and cleanup. I would definitely have them back for other installations if I ever needed additional units. I will definitely recommend Home Energy Group to any of acquaintance looking for Heating and cooling product.
