We purchased a mini-split system five years ago from Home Energy Group. Great people to work with and we were very happy with the installation. However, just past the one-year mark we noticed two cover line pieces, that protects the electrical lines to the units on the outside, were cracked. HEG came out and replaced only one (miscommunication) and said that workmanship was only guaranteed for one year and we were past the one year at that point, so normally they would not do this. We requested a bid for a new HVAC system. Brian came out and thoroughly explained their process, equipment needed and gave a very fair bid. Work was done by a friendly and knowledgeable crew of technicians. We are very pleased with our new system and new HVAC service providers.
The whole experience of a new HVAC (Heat pump) from consulting, installation, and support by the Home Energy Group (HEG) was outstanding!! The installers including Dustee, Kadin, and Elijah were meticulous, with attention to detail. Any issues encountered during installation were clearly communicated along with detailed solutions. I needed a duct connection for an over the range microwave fan after a remodel. I spoke with Doug on the phone; he made the appointment for just two days later. John the tech came exactly on time and with some creative thinking, finished the project quickly and cleanly. I will be using Home Energy Group again, no doubt.
I want to share my experience with the Home Energy Group. Since moving to Clark County WA several years ago we have contracted with HEG to maintain our HVAC and heating equipment. Their work has been outstanding, primarily due to their technician "TYE". Always on time, very professional, polite and always honest about what was needed to be repaired. I strongly suggest you use HEG for your heating and air conditioning needs.
