We purchased a new HVAC system from Home Energy Group in late September. Brian provided the quote in July along with 3 other bidders and after much thought we decided to move forward. Brian scheduled the install for first thing Monday morning and the crew showed up right on time. Nick was the lead installer and he was very communicative throughout the process. Had Some trouble with my wall mount Hitachi unit , my landlord and I tried to figure it out ourselves . Turns out there was an oil leak so he called out Home energy group and Dusty was the serviceman . Great customer service , not only did he solve the problem he also made sure I was aware of any potential issues that could result in clogged drains or leaks . Thank you again Dusty !
