Had Some trouble with my wall mount Hitachi unit , my landlord and I tried to figure it out ourselves . Turns out there was an oil leak so he called out Home energy group and Dusty was the serviceman . Great customer service , not only did he solve the problem he also made sure I was aware of any potential issues that could result in clogged drains or leaks . Thank you again Dusty !
