I scheduled an appointment yesterday with Home Encounter to view a rental. I received my reminder regarding the appointment. I arrived at my appointment, which was not in my area, and no one showed up. I called the only number listed on the appointment confirmation and asked them to call the realtor which they were unable to do because they do not have the realtors numbers; however, she said would send a message electronically.
