Disappointing experience with this company and their subpar customer service. Following a renovation, our home elevator required servicing due to the sensor being removed by the contractor during a door replacement. We simply needed the sensor reinstalled and a safety inspection/maintenance performed. A technician from Texas Elevators was dispatched, but unfortunately, they were unable to get the elevator to operate.
