I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the home efficiency expert company located in Bohemia, NY. I had a scheduled appointment for July 2nd at 10:00 AM, after receiving multiple calls from the company reminding me to be home at that specific time. I even took time off work to ensure I would be there for the appointment.
