THEY ARE NO EXPERTS. What’s in my contract was not installed & what was installed was not installed properly (has to be 5 inches from ceiling, mine is 2.5 & 3) causing units not to work at all. When asked, they said I’m not using the controller correctly. The video that says to run it on auto, they know doesn’t run on auto.
