Home Designs replaced my roof and skylights. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them!
Dom did a full roof replacement on our house and it came out fantastic! He came highly recommended, and he absolutely lived up to it. The work was high-quality, completed professionally, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Dom was reliable, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We’re extremely happy with the results and have already referred him to many others!
I do not recommend using this business. My GC DraftPad LLC & Public Adjustor Ed Pierpont used Home Designs LLC for my siding, roofing and skylight. No permits pulled for any of the work! I have been trying to reach out multiple times to Home Designs LLC for a year now but Dominic always tells me that he has to call my general contractor Stephen Gillespie to see what to do because he is the one that paid him. We had a fantastic experience using Home Designs for a brand new roof and 9 new skylights in June of 2024. They were very communicative, pleasant to work with, and most importantly did excellent work. As a testament to the quality of their work, we recently had a very significant hail storm in our area (Northford) which caused a lot of damage around town, and we thankfully had 0 issues with our roof or windows. Home Designs replaced the 22+ year old roof on our cape cod this Spring. After assessing our old leaky roof, owner Dom also pointed out some areas of it that were incorrectly installed because of complications with our aluminum siding on the shed dormer. He suggested we let him replace the siding upstairs to allow him to do the job right, but he still provided an estimate that broke down different options so we could make the best decision for us.
