On my experience. I got delivery here, live load. The lady in office (door 357A) she gave me door immediately, then I proceeded with her to the dock inside a warehouse. The forklift driver unloaded me very fast during my talk with this nice lady! I asked her about bad reviews, and she told that the problem is, when broken seal, damaged items, missing items, and more. Don't break the seal drivers for sure. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name, but any way thank you so much ma'am for assisting me!!!
