Disappointing experience. I booked an appointment and later confirmed with Home Depot whether they were affiliated—Home Depot said they were not, so I cancelled. Afterward, the company contacted me and said they were affiliated, so I kept the appointment. I returned home and waited. About 45 minutes before the scheduled time, I called to confirm, and they said the appointment was for the next day, even though my email confirmation showed January 26.
