Do not use this service! Home Delivery Logistics provided us terrible service: Faulty installation of a brand new (and pricey) recliner chair we ordered (did not connect the back of the chair properly such that it fell off the first time we reclined it -- my mistake for not testing it out before the installer left). I have now called multiple times to request the installer return to re-install the back of the brand new chair but have received no answer and zero return calls. I strongly recommend do not use this service!
Joseph and Jose just delivered my Joybird couch and were amazing. So friendly, efficient, helpful and super duper gentle with the delivery so as to be sure not to damage anything. Highly recommend (and Joseph and Jose in particular!)
