Walked into the West Columbia store today and my special needs daughter did not have on a mask and we were asked to leave! And that’s after I told them she was SN and couldn’t wear one!

After you place your order just hope it comes sooner than what they perceive and dont to talk to an actual person when it comes to issues about your order
DO NOT BUY FROM HD!! Very poor quality furniture and even worse customer service. They lie, break promises and are extremely unprofessional. Spend a couple hundred more and go to a reputable store!!

I ordered a bed room furniture set over a month ago and paid IN FULL and still have not seen it. Every time I ask I’m told “We’ll call you when we have it”. Called corporate 5 times and was told I have to leave a message. I haven’t heard back yet either. I went to get a refund and was told that I had to apply for one. So I did, surprise surprise HAVENT HEARD BACK!!!!!!! My next message will be from my lawyer!!!

they have the worst quality materials they metal bunk beds with the futon are garage I have pictures to show also this been not even a year yet
The Greenville location is where i went, they were helpful to were i went ahead a put furniture on layaway. I explained my situation about payments. They called me every 2 weeks after i told them when i would be in to pay them. When it was time for my final payment and delivery it became a problem. I set up delivery and the driver was late (next day) and still wanted to charge me the full amount. I was promised same day service and it took all day after i paid them. Very disappointing.
