You don’t get the furniture you pay for. I spent over $1000 was told 2-6 weeks and it’s been months and no furniture. They refuse refunds, they don’t care about the customer, apparently this is funny to them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Poor customer service. They sell you by saying how great their warranty is right ? Well I put in a warranty request 2 months ago and have yet to hear anything back. I have even tried following up by sending an email. Also whenever i called the store to see about this issue, I got a very rude response. Will not purchase from them again.
I'm still waiting for my living room set first they say in a couple they , than they say after Christmas , later by 12/ 28 and now they say maybe another month ...

It took me 2 months to get my furniture! I had to call them several times and the customer service is very nasty! Will not buy anything else and wouldn’t recommend it to No One! I paid in cash😡

Same as everyone else has said.... spent money ... no merchandise as of date!!! No phone call .... can’t get a refund though I was told that I could! Nasty attitudes... pretending to be professional! Awful! The worst service I have seen in a longgggggg time!

Paid for my bed in full 6/1. Have not received bed, refund, or an apology. Just an nonchalant attitude from Sam blaming Covid-19 & Ashley furniture. I asked him to put himself in the customer shoes or at least call to update the customers of delays but, it fell on deaf ears. Corporate customer service wants you to text your complaint. If your having issues with HD please file complaints with the BBB. Enough complaints will bring about change.
