We waited over 3 and a half months for our furniture to be in stock. We were told when we pick out the furniture they said it would be 2 weeks. They never gave us information about what was going on we were the ones who were contacting them for information.t The store should of keep us informed on what was going on . We should get a refund for the waiting we had to go through and the inconvenience of not having the furniture and doing all the information seeking about the delay of the furniture. Well back in November 11, 2020 I emailed a request for the price of a bed and having it delivered and what the monthly charges would entailed. And we called them and never returned our calls. A great way to run a business...I wont deal with them again.

I did go back and check our emails and texts from that date and didn't see any requests for information for that day or the day after, but I do apologize if it somehow slipped through our system without being seen! I hope you are willing to give us a chance to make things right if you ever need furniture or a mattress in the future!
