I purchased a couch in January it is now September with no signs of receiving the product, no refund and have been continuously lied to, do not order from here!!!! Hoping for the best and a resolution as this is absolutely infuriating and unacceptable business.
I wish I had read these reviews before I trusted Rhonda. She is a fraud!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HER. She is quick to take your money and then she drops off the face of the earth. I purchased a sleeper sofa from her and she said it would take 2 weeks I contacted her after 2 weeks but she won't answer. I have left countless messages. I then reached out to another store and they got in touch with her and she texted me back and promised it was coming Wednesday (today) as per the norm, she will not answer my messages to confirm. We bought a sectional couch this past winter from Rhonda Kirk, out has been broken since it was delivered. We have made contact with her several times with the same responses, that should would follow it or inquire. We have gotten no where. Upon purchase she said there was a 1 year warranty. Starting to think it's just a taillight warranty. Buyer beware.

Do not buy from her. You will get ripped off. Any good reviews are fake.
