We had a flooded kitchen because the supply line bursted under our sink. Spencer and Armando responded within 15 mins and started drying immediately. Roughly a week after the damage was removed, Luis and Jeff estimated the rebuild, and put everything back together about a month later. Most of the process was held up due to insurance (which they warned me about) and they completed the job flawlessly. Great communication and great team to work with.

My husband and I recently bought a home. The inspection report noted a leak in the crawlspace, so we wanted to make sure it was the first thing that we took care of. I would highly recommend this company. We had an upstairs bathroom leak that destroyed the bathroom and the downstairs kitchen. Luis and Spencer really earned my trust right up front. I had had some negative experiences in the past with other contractors and was going to be very fussy. Luis took over all the negotiations with my insurance company, and I never had to call or challenge the insurance company. I had a different water damage company handle the mitigation, but I hired Home Damage Medics for the reconstruction. They communicated with my insurance, got the job approved, and completed everything within two weeks. I’ll definitely use them again for future construction work.
