Spencer and his team have been nothing short of miraculous. Having just purchased our first home a few months ago, we were less than pleased to find mushrooms growing from the walls after the first big rain. Luis and his team were very accommodating and finished our project within three weeks. He was very patient in explaining everything to us thoroughly, and was able to roll with the punches throughout our project. We had three animals in the house at the time and the guys all worked around them with no fuss. Near the end we had a couple items we wanted to adjust and they knocked those out in a day with no complaints. At a time when we felt vulnerable and lost, we felt grateful to have a no-drama, friction-free experience.

After a major water leak caused significant damage in our home, their team stepped in and handled the remediation process with professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. Due to the recent flooding in Washington, our basement was flooded with almost 8 feet of water! We are so grateful for Restoration Medix and especially Luis for helping us through what was honestly one of the most stressful situations we’ve ever dealt with. Updating my review to reflect my experience with Luis, who is now owns the business. Luis took over the job for the reconstruction after his old business partner Spencer took great care of us in the mitigation phase. Luis consistently was behind schedule and a poor communicator. We had issue after issue and Luis kept telling us that we needed to "trust the process".
