Spencer and his team have been nothing short of miraculous. Having just purchased our first home a few months ago, we were less than pleased to find mushrooms growing from the walls after the first big rain. Due to the recent flooding in Washington, our basement was flooded with almost 8 feet of water! We are so grateful for Restoration Medix and especially Luis for helping us through what was honestly one of the most stressful situations we’ve ever dealt with. Exceptional, fast service. We had two big leaks in close proximity caused by different issues. Both were pretty bad, or would have been if it weren't for Home Damage Medics. Their team was able to respond very quickly, getting on site and removing water and damaged house parts immediately. They reacted so quickly that they saved us probably $10,000 in demo, cleanup, and rebuilding costs based on the estimate I got from a contractor. It would have been a total nightmare. Luis and his team were quick to respond, very friendly and did a great job drying out my crawl space after a water leak. They explained their procedure and rationale and adjusted their plan when they were asked to. I would not hesitate to use them again.
