I’m a real estate agent. We had a home who was closing in 10 days. There was a leak in the laundry room and it flooded the laundry room and the areas on the floor below. Luis and his crew came in and cleaned everything up and got it back to its original condition in record time. Without him, the sale wouldn’t have closed and we would’ve had very unhappy clients on both sites. I highly recommend Luis in his crew for the work they did. I’ll never use anybody else for water restoration in my career or my personal homes.

Spencer and his team have been nothing short of miraculous. Having just purchased our first home a few months ago, we were less than pleased to find mushrooms growing from the walls after the first big rain. Luis and his team were very accommodating and finished our project within three weeks. He was very patient in explaining everything to us thoroughly, and was able to roll with the punches throughout our project. We had three animals in the house at the time and the guys all worked around them with no fuss. Near the end we had a couple items we wanted to adjust and they knocked those out in a day with no complaints. At a time when we felt vulnerable and lost, we felt grateful to have a no-drama, friction-free experience.

Due to the recent flooding in Washington, our basement was flooded with almost 8 feet of water! We are so grateful for Restoration Medix and especially Luis for helping us through what was honestly one of the most stressful situations we’ve ever dealt with. They helped us remove about 8 feet of water from our basement.
