My boyfriend's apartments use this 'maintenance team', there is black mold coming out of the cooler vents, there is a hole in the ceiling from the cooler leaking for months and them refusing to fix the issue, the roof has been looked at and not fixed a month later and now they are turning off his swamp cooler because it's cool enough that him and his son don't need it (it's 101f outside today) because they are too lazy to do their jobs.
