Connie is my angel that was sent to me. She went above and beyond helping me when no other Hunter Douglas dealer would. I am very grateful for her gracious disposition and everything she did to help me. She knew there was no money involved if she helped me with my warranty repair and still made sure I was taken care of. This is what I call integrity and outstanding customer service.
