Our house was built in 2024. Upon first impression everything seemed perfect. The customer service was outstanding and the house looked beautiful. When we first moved in I noticed the empty water bottles were left under the sod, and it was hard to mow because the yard was so uneven. What a great experience so far. Company was responsive and great as a whole, but Emily Palinkas (realtor) and Grady (on site construction manager) were among the most professional folks I've dealt with. It felt like the outcome of our home was personal to them, and you cannot ask for more than that!
