Warning: Longer review. We were thrilled about our new home’s construction. The sales agent knew our plans for a pool and a large pavilion. 1. The aerobic septic system placement was a concern. Despite ample space, it was almost in the middle of the yard, just a few feet from the pavilion. We expressed frustration, but the builder explained that all the lines ran through other parts of the yard. 2. Regular check-ups prevented further issues. We’ve got the pleasure to work with Sean Haggerty at the sales office in the Groves community, and I have to say it was a very smooth experience. We expressed our desire to close within 2.5 weeks even contract stated 30-day closing, and Sean exceeded our expectations and managed the builder and title company to close under just 2 weeks! He coordinated the title company to make sure title insurance and survey are done in time, and followed up with the builder to make sure any 3rd party inspection and TRR requests were met.
