I Had a leak from back door after the storm. Jesse Davis & Sina were very professional and had it fixed promptly. Thank you!
As the days go on I’m beginning to regret buying a house from these guys. They have warranties promised but not kept. My dishwasher has been giving a sour smell for months and my remote door bell doesn’t hold a charge. They send their “specialist” out and just makes fights me on it while still acknowledging it’s a problem and zero results and zero follow up on the service. Ya these are minute issues, but if it’s supposed to be covered, then cover it. Can only imagine what else is coming that won’t get attention
I appreciate Sina and Jesse so very much! This week, with the Thunderstorm (around 2am) was an experience. I think my home was hit by lightning on Tuesday morning. Later that morning, I went into the Home Creations office, and they were experiencing power outages due to the thunderstorm as well. So, I spoke to Sina and gave him a list of emergency and non-emergency items. He has resolved them all within 72 hours. The electrician and HVAC came out the same day.
